Booking: Customers can book our services via our Website, email, or phone. After a service is booked, our team will confirm the details and arrange a time for service delivery
Payment: Full payment is due after the service is completed. Customers may pay using cash, credit card, debit card, or other payment methods available at the time of service.
Price Adjustment: The prices listed on our Website are subject to change without prior notice. Customers will be informed of the final price before the service begins.
Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

Damage and Incident: While we take great care in handling your vehicle, Luxury Luster Pro is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or minor incidental scratches that may occur during the detailing process.
Third-Party Liability: We are not responsible for any damages resulting from third-party services or products used in conjunction with our detailing services.
