At Luxury Luster Pro, customer satisfaction is paramount, and we are committed to delivering high-quality mobile auto detailing services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we will issue a refund and how customers can request one.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Service Cancellation by Luxury Luster Pro: If we are unable to deliver the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Service Quality Concerns: If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion for a potential resolution.

Duplicate Payments: In cases where a customer has been mistakenly charged more than once for a service, we will process a refund for the duplicate charge.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Late Cancellations: If a customer cancels or reschedules their appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply, and refunds will not be provided.

No-Show Appointments: If a customer fails to bring their vehicle to the scheduled service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Dissatisfaction Without Justifiable Cause: If a customer is unsatisfied but fails to provide valid reasons or refuses a rework, no refund will be granted.

Pre-Existing Vehicle Conditions: We do not issue refunds for issues that existed before the service, such as pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

3. REQUESTING A REFUND

To request a refund, follow these steps

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of the service completion via email (info@luxurylusterpro.com) or phone (647-766-5776).
  2. Provide your name, contact information, service details, and reason for requesting a refund.
  3. For service dissatisfaction, we may request photos or additional details.

4. RESOLUTION OPTIONS

Before processing a refund, we may offer the following resolutions

Service Rework: We may offer to re-perform the detailing service at no additional charge to fix any issues.

Partial Refund: If a minor issue exists, we may offer a partial refund.

Full Refund:  If the service was not delivered as promised and a rework is not feasible, a full refund may be issued.

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
